Where are your chillies grown?
All our chillies are grown on our farm in the heart of South Devon, England. We manage the entire process from seed to harvest to ensure the highest quality and heat levels.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 working days. During peak harvest seasons or holiday periods, delivery may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
The vast majority of our sauces, preserves, and dried chillies are vegan and vegetarian friendly. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
What should I do if my sauce bottle arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but if an item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receipt, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods or opened food products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship many of our shelf-stable products globally. However, please be aware that some countries have strict customs regulations regarding seeds and fresh produce; we recommend checking your local laws before ordering.
